Standard Paving Block Production Line, is suitable for different silicone molds, rubber molds and plastic molds, size range from 200*200mm to 1500*1500mm, available for producing the artificial stone both for wall and floor paving, 3D Wall panel, terrazzo floor tile, etc .

The first vibration table is used for vibrate colors ,Mix the pigment more evenly without bubbles.The second vibration table is used for vibrate the air bubble from the concrete to improve the strength of the interlock pavers.And this vibration table can move the molds forward automatically, very classical equipment to vibrate the concrete.

Frist color layer mixing Mix the PO 42.5White cement 、(1-3mm is best)5-10mm gravel,washed sand 、iorn oxide color、concrete brightener、concrete hardendr(0.3%) well. Second concrete layer mixing Mix the 5-10mm gravel、washed sand、PO 42.5cement、concrete hardendr again. This design mixer keep the drum rotation only but mixing hand is keep silent during the mixing ,it can reduce the harm to the labors, it is a perfect equipment for the small scaled paving stone factory.

This machine is designed to release the molds from the concrete paver, largely improve the efficiency of the molds releasing, normally 4-5 times higher than the efficiency by hand. And the concrete pavers will not be damaged during demoulding, also no more damage on the plastic molds itself, thus the moldscan be used for a longer time.

This crusher can be used for crushing the unqualified paving tiles or damaged tiles ,and can crush the stone into small particles to use as basic construction materials ,or paving blocks production.

Used to spray demoulding oil and remove the surface dust on the surface of the mold.
