Product Process:
In the first step, the mold is placed in a pallet made of wood, and the pallet is tightly fixed with a pneumatic lock and kept at a transport level
In the second step, a multi-vibration device is used, driven by a hydraulic pump station, to make the tray move smoothly. Only when the tray reaches the signal-controlled position, the feeding system is activated, and then the concrete is delivered in stages (the second time).
